١المعلومات التي نجمعها

• معلومات الحساب: رقم الجوال (لتسجيل الدخول عبر رمز التحقق) والاسم.
• محتوى شجرة العائلة: أسماء أفراد العائلة وصلات القرابة وتواريخ الميلاد والجنس والصور ومعلومات التواصل. قد تتضمن هذه البيانات معلومات عن أفراد آخرين تُدخلها أنت.
• الصور والوسائط: الصور التي ترفعها، والوصول إلى الكاميرا لمسح رمز QR أو التقاط الصور.
• بيانات تقنية: رمز الإشعارات (Firebase)، وبيانات تشخيص الأعطال (Sentry)، ومعلومات أساسية عن الجهاز وعنوان IP.

٢كيف نستخدم المعلومات

• تسجيل الدخول والتحقق من الهوية عبر رمز يُرسل إلى جوالك.
• بناء شجرة العائلة وعرضها ومشاركتها بين أفراد العائلة.
• إرسال الإشعارات والتنبيهات المتعلقة بالعائلة.
• تحسين التطبيق وإصلاح الأعطال وحماية الحسابات.

٣مشاركة المعلومات

نحن لا نبيع بياناتك. تتم مشاركتها فقط في الحالات التالية:

• ضمن العائلة: بطبيعة التطبيق، تظهر شجرة العائلة ومحتواها لأفراد العائلة المصرّح لهم.
• مزوّدو الخدمة: Firebase للإشعارات، Authentica لإرسال رمز التحقق عبر الرسائل، Sentry لتقارير الأعطال.
• المتطلبات النظامية: عند وجود التزام قانوني يفرض ذلك.

٤الاحتفاظ بالبيانات

نحتفظ ببياناتك طالما كان حسابك نشطًا أو بالقدر اللازم لتقديم الخدمة والوفاء بالالتزامات النظامية.

٥حذف الحساب والبيانات

يمكنك حذف حسابك وبياناتك في أي وقت من داخل التطبيق (الإعدادات ← حذف الحساب)، أو بمراسلتنا على [email protected].

٦الأطفال

التطبيق غير موجّه للأطفال دون سن ١٣ عامًا لإنشاء حسابات. قد تتضمن شجرة العائلة معلومات عن قُصّر يُدخلها أفراد بالغون ضمن نطاق العائلة.

٧الأمان

نستخدم الاتصال المشفّر (HTTPS) وإجراءات حماية معقولة لحفظ بياناتك، مع أنه لا توجد وسيلة نقل عبر الإنترنت آمنة بنسبة ١٠٠٪.

٨حقوقك

يحق لك الوصول إلى بياناتك وتصحيحها أو حذفها. للتواصل بخصوص أي طلب: [email protected].

٩التغييرات على هذه السياسة

قد نُحدّث هذه السياسة من وقت لآخر، وسننشر النسخة المحدّثة على هذه الصفحة مع تعديل تاريخ آخر تحديث.

1Information we collect

• Account: phone number (for OTP sign-in) and name.
• Family-tree content: names, relationships, dates of birth, gender, photos, and contact details you enter — which may include information about other people you add.
• Photos & media: images you upload; camera access to scan QR codes or take photos.
• Technical data: push token (Firebase) for notifications, crash/diagnostic data (Sentry), basic device info and IP.

2How we use it

• Sign-in and verification via a code sent to your phone.
• Building, displaying, and sharing the family tree among family members.
• Sending family-related notifications.
• Improving the app, fixing crashes, and protecting accounts.

3Sharing

We do not sell your data. It is shared only:

• Within your family — by the nature of the app, the tree is visible to authorized family members.
• With service providers: Firebase (notifications), Authentica (OTP SMS delivery), Sentry (crash reports).
• When legally required.

4Retention

We keep your data while your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations.

5Account & data deletion

You can delete your account and data anytime in the app (Settings → Delete account) or by emailing [email protected].

6Children

The app is not directed to children under 13 for creating accounts. The family tree may include information about minors entered by adults within the family.

7Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS) and reasonable safeguards, though no method of transmission is 100% secure.

8Your rights

You may access, correct, or delete your data. Contact: [email protected].

9Changes

We may update this policy and will post the updated version here with a revised date.
